**As of August 4, 2022, project was awarded to Lawman Heating & Cooling Inc, awarded amount is $2,493,847.30** The Project consists of constructing, installing, or renovating a sheet pile wall, floating boat docks with utilities, an ADA kayak launch, a new boat launch, concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking areas, existing bandstand improvements, site lighting improvements, and a pump station odor control system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
