Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sackets Harbor, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 4, 2022, project was awarded to Lawman Heating & Cooling Inc, awarded amount is $2,493,847.30** The Project consists of constructing, installing, or renovating a sheet pile wall, floating boat docks with utilities, an ADA kayak launch, a new boat launch, concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking areas, existing bandstand improvements, site lighting improvements, and a pump station odor control system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Refer to Instructions to Bidders & Bid Form for requirements regarding modifications and withdrawing of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
