Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Sackets Harbor, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Consists of Constructing, Installing, or Renovating a Sheet Pile Abutment Structure, Floating Kayak Dock With Kayak Launch, Gangway, Bollards, Stone Dust Path, Stairs, Precast Concrete Block Retaining Wall, Porous Paver Car Pull-off Area, Running Electrical Wiring and Connecting to Existing Power Source, Site Lighting Improvements, Concrete Curbing, Concrete Sidewalk, New Seawall Installation, Porous Pavers, Paver Compass, Tree and Shrub Installation, Landscaping, Periodic and Final Cleanup, Site Restoration, Erosion and Sediment Control. Any Bid May Be Withdrawn Without Prejudice Prior to the Official Bid Submission Time or Any Publicized Postponement Thereof. the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities or Defects in Such Bid Either Before or After Opening. a Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held at the Jobsite Upon Request. Attendance at the Pre-bid Conference is Highly Encouraged but is Not Mandatory. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to Condition of Employment to Be Observed and to the Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid Under the Contract.
