Responders shall furnish any requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the purchasing agent. Question Cutoff Date 5/10/2022 12:00:00 PM (ET) Any manufacturers' names, trade names, brand names, or catalog numbers used in the specification are for establishing and describing general performance and quality levels. The references are not intended to be restrictive, and bids are invited on these and comparable brands or products of any manufacturer. Responders must include alternate brand specifications for purposes of comparison to approved brands based on the same or higher level of performance. Award will be made for any one group or combination of groups for groups 1-5. All items within a group must be bid to be considered for a group award. Lines 32-34 will be awarded by line item. Group 1 Stainless Steel Fittings consists of lines 1-10 Group 2 Daltridge Pressure Gauges consists of lines 11-13 Group 3 Ingersoll Rand consists of lines 14-21 Group 4 Wire Reinforced Thermoplastic Paint Hose consists of lines 22-25 Group 5 Norgren Parts consists of lines 26-31 Lines 32-34 will be awarded by line item. Deliveries will be FOB: Destination/Prepaid & charged back. Vendor is asked to pick the best shipping company when shipping out these items. The Contractor will be awarded a none (9) month contract with an option to renew for four (4) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. Quantities are unknown and so have not been listed. This is a statewide contract for all paint crews to use.
