Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnstown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price or certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract, if awarded the project Bid documents may also be obtained by mail upon receipt of $100.00 plus $20.00 shipping fees at the above office. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE REHABILITATION OF THE EXISTING PAVEMENT, ALL WATER SERVICES, STORM SEWER, SIDEWALK AND CURB SHALL BE REPLACED. The Jersey Street Rehabilitation Project will include full depth rehabilitation of the existing pavement, spot curb replacement and the replacement of all water services, storm sewer and curb. The entire scope of work is detailed in the Bid Documents The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $1,308,296.75.
