Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Cle Elum, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The work to be performed by the consultant consists of preparing preliminary engineering including but not limited to planning, environmental permitting, determination of right of way needs and plan preparation, project management, structural engineering, geo technical engineering, traffic engineering, civil engineering, 100% design plans, specifications and estimate package for the replacement of the structure described.. The selected firm will be expected to start on the project upon award and deliver a complete WSDOT approved Plans Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) package ready for advertisement for construction by July 31, 2023. July 19, 2022 - BOCC contract award August 5, 2022 - Executed contract The selected consultant(s) will be expected to enter into a Local Agency A&E Professional Services Consultant Agreement. Insurance requirements are included in that agreement. the anticipated contract period shall be August 2022 through November 2024.
