Work includes removal of concrete tiered seating decks, new interior partitions, replacement of HVAC system, new lighting and all new interior finishes. Associated sitework includes new concrete stairs, ramps and walkways with updated utilities. All questions and RFI s shall be submitted to CORE Construction no later than May 18, 2022 to allow sufficient time for responses prior to the proposal due date. This project may have specific phasing and logistical requirements outlined within the Supplementary Documents. All manpower, mobilizations, materials, equipment, etc. necessary to meet the requirements of this schedule, phasing and logistical plans in association with the Work shall be included with the Contractor s Proposal. All Contractors under contract for performance of work on the Project are required to carry general liability insurance coverage for work at the Project Site. Contractors shall obtain workman compensation and automobile insurance coverage as mandated by California Law.
