Project includes modifying the existing building spaces to provide a larger kitchen area that is ergonomically correct and supplies enough space to prepare meals for 300-500 students. The project will also include the installation of a new kitchen hood with fire suppression, makeup air, and exhaust. Sprinkler systems will need to be modified as shown. HVAC and plumbing will need to be modified as shown. Adjacent spaces will need to be renovated for new office / storage spaces in Annville, Lebanon County, PA.
