Project No: 038420002 Bid No: B2022-08, 0001 As of June 9, 2022 there were no bid submissions. The City is considering re-advertising this in the future. At this time plans for a rebid have not been established. This work shall include furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to complete the project LEND-A-HAND ABC COTTAGE RENOVATION 2022 as described in the specifications and shown on the plans. This work shall also include removal and proper disposal of all items inside and around the existing facility, remodel of the existing building, protection of the existing roofing system, new sidewalk, new landscaping and patio improvements as shown on the plans. The Contractor awarded the project shall be responsible for obtaining the no cost permits for the project. The Contractor awarded the project shall be responsible for the patio cover design and applying for and obtaining the no cost permit for the cover. This is a Federally funded project, Community Development Block Grant. The Bidders and the Contractor awarded the project are required to adhere to the Contract Provisions and submit the required Federal Documents included with these contract documents. Failure to submit the required documents with the bid are grounds for rejection of the bid. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price, payable to the City of Boulder City as a guarantee that the bidder, if his proposal is accepted, will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the contract from the Owner.Workman's Compensation Insurance, Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, and a Guarantee Bond will be executed as part of the contract agreement.ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE OF PROBABLE COST: $630,000 - $680,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
