Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,269-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a 2,690-square-foot educational facility.

The design/build contractor, Quesenberry's Construction, is soliciting bids for construction trade and material packages for a new 6,269 SF addition and approximately 2,690 SF of renovations to the Union Primary School. The project includes a 6-classroom addition, renovations to the existing administration area and related sitework. The following packages have already been bid and awarded: Phase I - Early Site & Utility Package. The Bid Documents for the Phase 2 -Classroom Addition Package are currently available for review. The Phase 3 - Admin. Area Renovation Package will be released for bidding at a later date. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the site.
