Dam Safety study for two dams on the Rock River in Rock Island County, Illinois. Only contractors pre-qualified through may submit Statement of Interests. Dam Safety study for two dams on the Rock River in Rock Island County, Illinois. The study is to include planning/alternative analysis services for IDNR/Office of Water resources as needed at two dam removal/modification project sites on the Rock River. The planning services will include the investigation of full dam removal and partial dam removal/dam modification at the project sites. This is a Quality Based Selection (QBS 30ILCS 535). This project requires 19% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources headquarters, One Natural Resources Way, in Springfield. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
