The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $1,000,000 Start of Service Date: 02/03/2023 End of Service Date: 11/29/2023 Contract Duration: 300 Calendar Days Vendors having questions regarding the project must submit them in writing to the Project Coordinator. Questions must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Addenda and/or bid clarifications (if required) will be issued no later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. SCOPE A. System Description: This work includes designing and providing a new, complete, multiplex/addressable programmable fire alarm system as described herein and on the contract drawings for the new outdoor performing area at Kaelepulu Elementary School. The system shall include all wiring, raceways, pull boxes, terminal cabinets, outlet and mounting boxes, control equipment, alarm, and supervisory signal initiating devices, alarm notification appliances, and all other accessories and miscellaneous items required for a complete operating system even though each item is not specifically mentioned or described. The system layout on the drawings is conceptual. The panel shall be powered from a dedicated circuit breaker that is labeled and lockable in the closed position. Equipment, materials, installation, workmanship, inspection, and testing shall be in strict accordance with the required and advisory provisions of NFPA 72 except as modified herein.
