Relocate approximately 32 ft of 6 inch potable water line to allow sewer repair work to proceed. Bypass pumping, traffic control, demolition of existing pipelines and manholes. Repair of roads and associated infrastructure impacted by the Work. B. Base Alternate Bid Schedule B. Replace approximately 19 ft of existing 10 inch sewer pipeline with new 10 inch sewer pipeline including the associated upstream and downstream manholes. Remove and replace approximately 32 feet of the 6 inch potable water line with a 12 inch line, associated piping elements, and three 12 inch gate valves. Bypass pumping, traffic control, demolition of existing pipelines and manholes. Repair of roads and associated infrastructure impacted by the Work. 600 South Sewer Repair Project Bid Security amount must equal 5 percent of the total amount of the Bid. A PDF of the Bid Security should be included in the bid documents. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, and the provisions of Executive Order no. 11375, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and 24 CRF Part 135 as included therein.
