Minimum wage rates to be paid by the contractor(s) have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581. Those which apply to this project are set forth in the proposal for this project: Construction Plan for: S.A.P. 037-607-039 CSAH 7 - Bituminous Overlay and Aggregate Shouldering S.A.P. 037-609-017 CSAH 9 - Bituminous Overlay and Aggregate Shouldering S.A.P. 037-612-017 CSAH 12 - Bituminous Overlay, Aggregate Shouldering, Culvert Replacement The major items of work are: TYPE SP 9.5 WEARING COURSE MIX (2,B): 29,200 TON, 60" RC PIPE CULVERT CLASS II: 80 LF, 48" RC PIPE CULVERT CLASS III: 44LF, 36" RC PIPE APRON: 38 LF. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond made payable to Lac qui Parle County in a sum not less than 5% of the bid. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to wave any informalities therein and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
