The Summit Road Force Main project generally includes installation of 12-inch sanitary force main via horizontal directional drilling and polyurea lining of precast concrete sanitary manholes. In the event that the Owner is unable to obtain an Agreement with the Bidder initially selected, the Owner may award the contract to the next bid, most favorable to the Owner.
