Furnishing and Paying for all materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery and services necessary to construct in place complete: ONE (1) EACH 20KW GENERATOR FOR KAPAA FIRE STATION, COUNTY OF KAUAI All prospective bidders shall have a Hawaii State Contractor's License Specialty License C-13 PRIOR to submittal of bids.Contractors interested in accessing and responding to Invitation For Bid (IFB) Document No. 3830, assigned by the Division of Purchasing must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Kauai County Agency. Pursuant to HRS 103D-1002, Hawaii Products Preference, persons wishing to certify and qualify a product not currently listed on the Hawaii Product List, shall submit a Certification for Hawaii Product Preference, Form SPO-038, to: cokpurchasing@kauai.gov no later than May 12, 2022. For multiple products, one (1) form shall be submitted for each product. Reference the Schedule B; Hawaii Products Preference for more information. The Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bid or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
