Provide on-call, as needed hydraulic cement concrete (ready-mix concrete) to various work locations/routes within Floyd County in the Salem District, including all towns and cities where routes are maintained by VDOT. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Patty Harvey at Patty.Harvey@vdot.virginia.gov The contract period will be one year, with a beginning date of August 1, 2022, with the opportunity for four (4) optional, consecutive one-year renewals. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
