**As of May 26, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Del Mar is requesting bids for resurfacing and repair work to the two (2) existing tennis courts at the Court Street Park in the City of Del Mar. The site includes two side-by-side tennis courts measuring 120 feet x 120 feet with tapered corners and is enclosed by a perimeter fence. Work shall eliminate all cracks and surface deterioration to bring the courts to like-new conditions. Work includes the removal and replacement of the existing surface, installation of new surfacing, tennis striping, sanding and repainting of the tennis net posts, and minor repairs to existing fencing to secure it to the ground. Questions and inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be received by 4:00 p.m. PST on Monday, May 16, 2022, and directed in writing by email to Karen Falk, Principal Engineer, at kfalk@delmar.ca.us. All inquiries must reference RFP 2022-02 Tennis Court Resurfacing Project in the title or subject line. Questions and inquiries submitted over telephone will not be accepted.
