Inspection Services for Grandstands and Bleachers Inquiries: Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Lesley Brown, at (804) 717-6760, or by email to procurement@chesterfield.gov. Inquiries must be received no later than May 24, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered The initial term of this contract shall be effective from date of execution through a period of 12 months. The County reserves the right to reject any subcontractor selected by Contractor. The County shall exercise this right in good faith and for a legitimate reason. Upon such rejection, the subcontractor shall immediately cease any work on the Project. A subcontractor selected by Contractor to replace a rejected subcontractor must be approved in writing by the County prior to performing any work on the Project. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
