This contract will prepare and paint the existing 500,000 gallon elevated domestic water storage tank, as well as make minor piping and system configuration improvements in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications attached hereto. The Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work to minimize to short duration and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8 AM to 4:30 PM eastern time except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220. Size standard: $39.5 million. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a Full and Open competitive requirement after exclusion of sources.
