Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Lover's Leap Trail Retaining Wall Stabilization at Natural Tunnel State Park (PC# 199-18257-000). The project is generally described as stabilization and replacement of the existing retaining walls located along the Lover's Leap Trail in Natural Tunnel State Park. A Bid Bond is required. Contractor registration is required in accordance with Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia. See the Invitation for Bids for additional qualification requirements. All executive branch agencies are directed to advance Executive Order 35, dated July 3, 2019. The Invitation for Bids for the above project, including the drawings and the specifications containing the information necessary for bidding, may be obtained from the office of The Lane Group, Inc., 316 E. 5th Street S., Big Stone Gap, VA 24219, Telephone: 276-523-3771. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by The Lane Group will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
