Site work for a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall construct this project beginning in Summer 2022. Contractor shall have total of 90 calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Substantial completion of this project. It is anticipated that the Contractor will receive a Notice to Proceed on or before July 1, 2022. Substantial completion shall be achieved by September 30, 2022. Determination of Substantial completion shall be subject to the City's Project Manager's approval. Substantial completion shall be defined as all 16-inch water main installed, tested, disinfected, and final grading complete. Final completion of all work including final site clean-up, establishment and acceptance of seeded areas shall be completed by October 14, 2022. Determination of Final Completion shall be subject to the City's Project Manager's approval.
