Renovation of a medical facility in Miramichi, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Tenders submitted in response to this invitation to tender shall be dealt with in accordance with the following terms and conditions, which are supplemental to and not in substitution for the tendering procedures contained in Regulation 82-109: .1 The Owner will not necessarily accept any tender for award of the Contract. .2 In making the decision to award the Contract pursuant to this invitation to tender the Owner will take into account: - The history of work performance of each tenderer on similar or different types of work in prior Contracts with the Owner. - The tenderer's qualifications to perform the Work, the quality of the tenderer's past work, the tenderer's financial capability to do the Work and the competence of the tenderer. Plans, Specifications, Tender Documents and other information, must be obtained from Stantec Architecture Ltd., 1133 St. George Street Suite 350, Moncton, New Brunswick, E1E 4E1. Electronic documents (PDF Format) will only be distributed upon contractors' requests by contacting Julia Sommer by email at julia.sommer@stantec.com . General Contractor's Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation.
