Project No-UNI01.6116 Victory Parkway Campus HVAC Upgrade Proposals will be received for the following classes of work: General Contract (All Trades) (Est. $270,000) Failure to acknowledge all addenda may result in the rejection of your proposal. This project is subject to the State of Ohio Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program. Bidder must complete and submit with the bid the Commitment to Participate in the Edge Business Assistance Program form (included in the bid form) or the bid will be rejected. The EDGE Participation Goal is 5% of contract. 1. Removal and reinstallation of ACT ceiling tiles in corridor, lobby, and cafeteria spaces. 2. Removal and reinstallation of light fixtures and fire safety devices attached to ACT ceiling tiles that are removed. 3. Removing, rebuilding, and repainting a portion of the gypsum board ceiling in the kitchen area to install new fan coil piping above. 4. Removing, rebuilding, and repainting portions of the interior walls on levels 2- 8 to access plumbing chases and install new fan coil piping. 5. Drilling (2) holes in existing CMU walls. Seal and grout holes. 6. Barriers.
