Renovation of a multi-residential development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The contact person is Kathy Short at kshort@rochesterhousing.org A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Rochester Housing Authority or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety company listed on US Treasury Circular 570, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) ofthe bid shall be submitted with each bid in excess of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000). For Successful Bidders For all construction contracts exceeding $150,000 the successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond & a Payment Bond each for 100% ofthe contract price (Surety company must be listed on the US Treasury Circular 570 as a certified company. The Rochester Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period ofninety (90) days subsequent to bid opening without the express consent ofthe Rochester Housing Authority.
