Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 13, 2022, project was awarded to Insight Pipe., awarded amount is $45,787.50.** Wage rates are included in the Contract Documents. A bid bond or certified check made payable to Dover Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each bidder shall be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work and references from previous contracts. The borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason which are in the best interest of the borough and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids. All bids shall be submitted on the bid proposal form and placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked, "Dover Borough Sanitary Sewer Pipe Lining 2022 - Bid Proposal". Construction shall consist of, but not be limited to, the installation of +/- 1,375 lineal feet of 8" CIPP liner into the 8" VCP/PVC sanitary sewer line.
