Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The specifications of Goods and scope of Work includes the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, plant, equipment, layout, survey, permits, and inspections, for a fire panel replacement at Surrey Arts Centre, 13750 - 88th Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 3L1. The general components of the Work includes but is not limited to the following: (a) Provide like for like replacement of existing simplex fire alarm system devices with new simplex devices as per new layouts, existing wiring shall be retained other preapproved supplier is Mircom. (b) Replace existing simplex annunciator panel with simplex 4100 ES Fire Alarm Panel. Provide new Simplex Annunciator panel. Refer to drawings. (c) Contractor shall review all flow and tamper switches and reconnect to new system. (d) Contractor shall allow for disconnection and reconnection of existing fire alarm monitoring system. (e) Existing mounting heights of fire alarm devices shall remain. Award amount was not released for publication.
