Site work for a water / sewer project in Lower Allen Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of furnishing and installing, complete in-place, approximately 2,000LF of 18-inch mainline liner (base bid) and approximately 1,500 LF of 36-inch mainline liner (alternate bid) and other miscellaneous work such as installing a point repair, cleaning debris/rock/bricks from mainline, traffic control, flow control/bypass pumping, and pre- and post-television inspection as described in the specifications and shown on drawing.Sanitary Sewer is located on prison property. Coordination with the prison is required prior to accessing the site for any reason.BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract.CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/22/2022 5:00 PM BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract A fee 0.33% of the bid total, capped at $5,000, is assessed only to the bidder who is awarded the project.A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
