Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lower Allen Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, construction of boat launch, parking lot, roadway extension, and drainage. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All Bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a warranty bond in the amount of ten percent and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price. Only those questions submitted online via shall be considered. Questions received after 5:00 PM August 21, 2025, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Estimated Contract Value: $325,000-$365,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Lower Allen Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
