Site work for a water / sewer project in Lansford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for the installation of sanitary sewer manholes (3), 24" SDR-26 sanitary sewer line (260 lf), service lateral and restoration. The work is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project exhibits. Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Questions Due Date: Aug 6th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Bids will be reviewed and considered at the Lansford Borough regular monthly meeting of August 13, 2025 at approximately 6:30 P.M Lansford Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof, and to accept any Bid, or portion of Bid, and the right to waive any immaterial defects in the bidding process, which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Borough.
