*As of January 10, 2025 this project has been cancelled and will put it out for bid at a later date.* Selective Demolition and Electrical Work at the Lehigh and New England Railroad Station The Contract Will Be Funded in Whole or in Part by a Local Share Account - Monroe County (Lsa) Grant Awarded by the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Financing Authority, and as Such the Contract Must Comply With Lsa Program Requirements, Including but Not Limited to the Payment of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. Owner's Engineer Will Make Any and All Bids Available Upon the Request of Any Bidders and/or Member of the Public. The Borough Will Offer the Contract to the Lowest Qualified and Responsible Bidder, Taking Into Account Cost and Quality of Service. The Bidder to Whom the Contract is Offered Shall Be Required to Provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Value.
