2025 Paving Project The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, 2,355 SY of milling, 150 tons leveling course, 230 tons wearing course, and other work specified in the contract. leveling course, 230 tons wearing course, and other work specified in the contract. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Questions received after 4:00 PM, Thursday, August 7, 2025, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Nondiscrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a Non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Penbrook Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
