The State System of Higher Education (System), through the Office of the Chancellor, intends to contract centrally to have a number of firms, who can provide, for the System and its universities, services as qualified, properly-licensed roof and roof-management consultants, with expertise in all areas of roofing consultation, but in particular to provide a programmatic approach to roof asset management across a large portfolio of buildings on a university campus. The proposed set of contracts will be the SSHE-RMP-2019 Centrally-Held Open-End Contracts for Roof Management Program Services. Questions sent directly to the Issuing Office, the Contact Person, or the Contracting Officer, by email or telephone, will not be answered, unless they are purely administrative in nature. Questions must be posted not later than 2 p.m. on July 10, 2019 The System, at its own discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this RFP, or to negotiate separately with competing firms. The System, at its own discretion, reserves the right to cancel the RFP any time prior to contracts being fully executed, and if desired, to reissue the RFP.
