The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for construction of a shotgun pattern range on State Game Lands. The scope of the project includes clearing and grubbing the work site, construction of a compacted earth embankments, shooting station shelters, concrete sidewalks and stone parking area along with seeding and mulching disturbed earth areas. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
