Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Online Portal The Project consists of Installation of pre-purchased MBR equipment, relocation of existing equipment and construction of new wastewater tanks. and related mechanical, electrical, structural and plumbing work for improvements to the existing WEDCO Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Online Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
