Lake Township, Wayne County will receive sealed proposals for the following items. Bituminous Seal Coat applied in place with fog coat and line painting. All work is to be done on Lake Township roads T-372 Chivers Rd, T-392 -Ryan Hill,, T-368 Bell Road, T-380 Big Hills Road, T-351 Rosengrant Road, T-378 Swoyer Road, T-360 Swetz Road, T-384 Anderson Road, T-353 Faller Road. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to "Lake Township" must accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject accept any or all proposals.
