Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Slab-on-grade resurfacing repairs on the underground parkade .2 Demolition and repair parkade ramp, including ramp mechanical heating system. .3 Repainting all parkade surfaces, including mechanical pipes and lead paint abatement. .4 Removal existing lighting and replace with LED lighting and add new LED lighting, including electrical wiring. .5 Re-install all existing decals and markings, including wheel blocks and speed bumps.
