Project Location: Camden Middle School - 1300 Middle School Rd, Kingsland, GA 31548 There will be no public bid opening and awards will not be made on this date. Bids will be reviewed, and bidders notified when award is made. Winning bid will be presented to the CCBOE for approval at the June 14th regular board meeting. You will be notified on the June 15th. Questions and answers will be posted on the web for all bidders. The contractor shall be responsible for contracting Mrs. Flannery before visiting the job site and familiarizing themself with the job and working conditions. The building will be available Monday to Friday for work commencing after the award of bid and must work around cafeteria hours and planned with Mrs. Flannery. Working hours shall be coordinated with the staff. There will be no walk through prior to bid opening. All work during installation is subject to inspection by the owner or a designated representative. Any questions concerning these specifications should be clarified prior to commencing the job. Any changes to these specifications would require written approval of the owner. References should be included and may be used to assist in awarding the projects. Consideration will be given for past performance with CCS and local / GA vendors.
