Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie des Quebec construction companies. Tender documents may be obtained as of May 9, 2022 via the electronic tendering service for contractors registered for this service.
