Reference number : 1600955 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The purpose of this call for tenders is to obtain tenders in order to enter into a service contract relating to the carrying out of inspections of residential, agricultural and multi-residential properties to be carried out by a company competent in the matter. The services thus rendered are in support of the provision of services provided by FQMS to its members in matters of property assessment. Indeed, FQMS provides property assessment services to various municipal organizations that have contracted with it in this regard and are the municipal body responsible for property assessment under the Act respecting municipal taxation ( CQLR c. F-2.1). In doing so, FQMS must in particular provide these organizations with various services related to the process of preparing and updating assessment rolls. As part of this call for tenders, FQMS is therefore seeking to retain the services of a company that would carry out, in its name and on its behalf, inspection visits. These inspection visits are an integral part of the services to be provided by FQMS to these municipal organizations under the terms of the contracts entered into with them. The company selected at the end of this process will constitute a sub-contractor of FQMS within the framework of the services provided to its members.
