In accordance with section 62 of the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1), the Department has taken possession of the buildings and improvements present on the sites and wishes to dispose of them. For information, the order of magnitude of the work is between $105,000 and $125,000. The contractor must consider this order of magnitude only as an indication and not as a minimum or a maximum. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.13 and 3.14 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of contractor eligibility and compliance of tenders to be respected in the context of this call for tenders.
