The University of Houston ("University") is seeking competitive pricing from local landfill and/or transfer station facilities, within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the University's main campus for the disposal of non-hazardous solid waste refuse. The University maintains its own fleet of waste disposal vehicles - two (2) twenty-three (23) yard front-loaders and two (2) roll-offs. In 2021, the University disposed of 500 tons of waste and is projected to increase the amount disposed of this year by 20%.
