Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Highlands, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Complete bid packages may be obtained in two formats: 1) Complete digital sets of Bid Documents including the Contract Documents may be obtained. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to REV. Packaging and shipping costs are additional and shall be borne by the Bidder. Any questions about attaining bid packages, as well as technical questions shall be referred in writing to Stephanie DeCotiis at H2M Architects & Engineers, Inc., Ph: 732-414-2661x2107 Fax: 732-414-2662. All bid packages are non-refundable. Under the Bid Proposal, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the Waterwitch Wastewater Pump Station project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The contract will allow 300 calendar days for completion of the Contract. Each bidder must deposit bid security of (10%) ten percent of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, but not to exceed $20,000.00, payable to the BOROUGH OF HIGHLANDS. Consent of Surety and a Performance Bond are required. The Borough of Highlands reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves its interest. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
