Housing Authority of the Borough of Highlands Stoop Replacements at Jennie Parker Manor Bidders are urged to check back often for addenda. Bidders must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue and with the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Public Works contractor at the time the bids are received. The Authority does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, creed, color, ancestry, age, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, familial status, liability for service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or nationality. The Authority invites the participation of and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises in this solicitation and reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bidding. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
