Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The last day for questions is May 27, 2022 by 4:30 P.M. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Replace failing timber and corrugated metal culverts, Daylight existing corrugated metal culvert, Replace existing debris rack, Various pavement, driveway and sidewalk replacement. The NEORSD will not be responsible or liable for project addenda that are not received by the bidder due to incorrect or out-of-date contact information. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bids and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 10% MBE/WBE and 5% SBE. The Engineer's Estimate for the Bear Creek Culvert Improvements project is $1,214,000. All questions regarding the Contract Documents shall be directed to the Project Manager for the NEORSD, C.J. Onyak, P.E. at OnyakC@neorsd.org. A site visit has not been scheduled for this project. Prospective bidders may visit the project site after providing NEORSD with prior notice.
