Renovation of a water / sewer project in Middletown, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Middletown is soliciting proposals for the design of a new post-aeration system at the Water Reclamation Facility. The City will select a qualified consultant based on firm qualifications, experience with similar projects, and cost proposals The work will consist of providing a design of a new post-aeration system at the Water Reclamation Facility. All communications pertaining to this solicitation shall be directed to: Nakita Lancaster, PE Assistant Public Works and Utilities Director One Donham Plaza Middletown, OH 45042 nakital@cityofmiddltown.org No oral communications from the City is binding. All questions shall be submitted in writing Engineers Construction Cost Estimate Provide construction cost estimates at the 50%, 90% and 100% phases. Provide bidding assistance to address questions submitted by the potential contractors, prepare addenda, and perform other routine bidding services as requested by the Citys Project Manager June 10, 2022 Consultant selected and notified August 12 2022 Contract Executed August 23, 2022 Project Kickoff The right to reject any oral bids is reserved by the City of Middletown. Informalities may be waived at the option of the City Council. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
