Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cloverdale, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The proposed work consists of approximately 353 CY of Asphalt Concrete, 800 SY of Pavement Planning, 50 SY of Partial Depth Pavement Repairs and 20 CY of Aggregate Shoulder. Bids must be submitted on the unbound Bid Forms furnished with the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or a Bid Security furnished in Bond Form, issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. This project is funded by an OPWC Infrastructure Grant Program. Attention must be given to all the requirements contained in the bid packet, prevailing wage rates, various insurance requirements and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Bids will only be accepted from the Bidders listed on the Engineer's Official plan holders list. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Putnam County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employments Services, Wage and Hour Division. 10. The Village of Cloverdale reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
