Reference number : 1602943 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière requires tenders for: Debonding and asphalting, Rue Boucher for 550 meters and Rue Chamberland for 755 meters. Purpose of the contract: the Municipality plans to carry out work to decohesion and asphalt rue Boucher for 550 meters and rue Chamberland for 755 metres. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work before September 30, 2022 The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. The Municipality reserves the right to remove parties from the contract. Awarding of the contract: Monday, June 6 at 8:00 p.m. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. *Award is subject to final approval.
