Pacific County is soliciting proposals for two surveying projects, Chinook Park and the. County Fairgrounds. Bids may be submitted for either or both projects. Description of Work Chinook Park work will include: Surveying of the approximately 9-acre Chinook County Park located at 16 Chinook Park Rd to include boundaries, high water marks, and wetlands delineation. Pacific County Fairgrounds work will include: Boundary surveying of the approximately 7.2- acre Pacific County Fairgrounds located at 5 Fair Lane, Menlo, WA 98561, and topographical surveying of the roughly one-acre section of the Fairgrounds intended to site the new horse arena. Time for Completion The Contractor has a maximum of four weeks or twenty working days to complete the work. This timeline may be adjusted for weather dependent factors. Materials Materials provided and used for this surveying must meet the specifications for Washington State Standard Specifications, cunent edition. Safety All work at the project site will comply with state and federal safety standards included the Washington State Depaitment of Labor and Industries and Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines. Payment Payment for work will be by lump sum to include the items of work and specifications included herein. The prices bid must include all applicable Washington State and Local Retail Sales Taxes. The work will be performed by a licensed/bonded contractor at the discretion of the County Engineer
