Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Galesburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
Demolition and cleanup of eleven properties for the Community Development Department All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Bank Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bank Draft, payable to the City of Galesburg for not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of each bid. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a Performance Bond in a sum equal to the amount of his bid, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The City of Galesburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding. Any bid submitted will be binding for (60) sixty days after the date of the bid opening.
