Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middleburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/23/2022 12:00 PM All bid proposals for both contracts must be submitted and must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check; or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Middleburg Borough Council, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Borough Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject all or any submitted bids as a complete bid package or as individual bids. The Borough Council reserves the right to add or delete streets from the scope of work. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. urnish, place and compact the binder course as directed and tabulated for base repairs. This item includes sawing the existing pavement to neat lines tack coat on vertical edges, and removal and disposal of excavated material at no additional cost. The binder course is to be placed to match the existing surface.
